Kendall Erickson, CPA, received the Outstanding Leadership Beaufort Alumni Award from the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce Visitor & Convention Bureau. This award is the 9th annual CIVITAS Awards for Business Excellence. Leadership Beaufort has been in existence for 25 years and includes over 500 graduates.
Judy Johnson, CPA, who is a founding member, has been elected board of directors of the Women in Philanthropy. The Women in Philanthropy Fund was created in 2003 through the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry. Women in Philanthropy is part of a growing movement nationwide, which allows women to take advantage of their unique motivations to give back to their communities.
Louis Grant, CPA has been appointed to the Coastal Carolina Hospital Board of Directors effective January 1, 2010. He has also been appointed to the Awards Task Force for the SC Association of CPAs for 2010-2011.
Michael Putich, CPA received the Paul Harris Fellow Award at Rotary in December 2009.
